What's different about your shop?

Our shop collections are hosted and purchased through a third-party company, SideDoor. They partner with us to offer to-the-trade pieces purchased only from industry professionals. Now we can offer you the opportunity to purchase these amazing goods directly through our small business, fulfilled via SideDoor! This allows us to have an e-commerce shop and earn commissions through our curated collections. Thank you for supporting our small business!

Who is sidedoor?

They are our third-party fulfillment team partner. They have an amazing team who will handle all logistics and customer service related to your order. We also use SideDoor to fulfill orders for our client's projects when we are hired for procurement services!

What are the return / cancellation policies?

Unless an item is damaged in transit, we aren't able to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and therefore all sales are final. Please inspect all immediately upon delivery and take photos of any damages to the product or packages. Then email SideDoor Custom Service and copy Sage & Soul Interiors, and they will arrange for a repair or replacement from the manufacturer.

What happens if an order arrives damaged?

SideDoor handles all damage claims, they need to know about the issue as soon as possible. Damage claims must be reported to SideDoor within 48 hours following the delivery of an item. They will arrange repair or replacement of the item as required if it is damaged in transit. Please email SideDoor Custom Service, and copy Sage & Soul Interiors. Or you can call SideDoor at (801) 508-4343.

How will i know when my item ships?

You will receive email updates on the status of your order as pieces ship. Most of the time, shipping is handled through a freight carrier, and they will call to arrange delivery to your residence at a scheduled time. Please note that we cannot control lead times associated with the manufacturer or delays that result from back-ordered pieces, and freight delivery delays.

Is white glove delivery service offered?

During checkout, you can add on white glove delivery service for an extra charge if the option is available for your item. White glove delivery includes packaging removal, light assembly, and placement where instructed (highly recommended for large furniture pieces). Otherwise, items will be delivered to your door (threshold) only. Please note that the prices shown have standard threshold delivery shipping costs already included. There are no additional shipping charges added at checkout unless you choose to add White Glove Delivery service.

Are there other sizes, finishes, and colors associated with products?

Generally yes! Please email us at info@sageandsoulinteriors.com and we can look up an item's customizations or point you in the right direction to find what you're looking for. We are happy to help answer any questions you might have, and will find further information on your interested products should you need it.

do you price match or offer sales?

Prices shown are always the standard retail price set forth by the manufacturer. If you happen to find a lower price from another retailer, please send us an email at info@sageandsoulinteriors.com and we would be glad to consider price matching. We offer this on a case-by-case basis. We hope to offer sales in the future as SideDoor is working with manufacturers to allow designers to have more control over product pricing. At this time, we will offer sales on items, only if purchased directly from us! Please email us your order to inquire about our discounts! (Please note that the prices shown have standard threshold delivery shipping costs already included. There are no additional shipping charges added at checkout unless you choose to add White Glove Delivery service.)
